Each Free Trial includes up to three images and requires verification through a company website and business email address. Pixelzs LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any Free Trial request at its discretion.

5. Image Uploads & Usage

Uploaded images must meet our specified file formats and quality standards.
Orders exceeding 200 complex images require review before processing.
We may reject images containing inappropriate or illegal material.
By submitting images, you confirm you own the legal rights and grant Pixelzs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to modify and edit solely for service fulfillment.
Free Trial images may be used for promotional or portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Quotes remain valid for 7 days and must be accepted within that timeframe.

6. Delivery Terms

Final images will be available for download via our secure client portal.
Delivery time depends on the selected turnaround option.
In case of delays, we will notify you and seek a mutual resolution.
Files remain available for 30 days post-delivery and are then automatically deleted.
Any correction requests must be made within 24 hours of download. Verified issues will be corrected free of charge.

7. Payment Terms

Upfront Payment: Most orders require full payment at checkout.
Monthly Billing: Approved corporate clients may opt for monthly invoicing, payable within 30 days of invoice date. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.
